The Smart+Brick is a concept envisioned for the LEGO company, that enhances the play experience of the simple brick, by providing LEGO lovers with the chance to spark a bit of life into whatever their creations might be!
Its main function is to act as an interactive display, that fits within the ‘LEGO system’. Users of almost any age, would be able to easily upload to the Smart+Brick pre-made or custom made animations and sounds wirelessly, through a specific app.
The Smart+Brick is composed of two main elements: the actual “smart brick“ with all its technical components (display, battery, etc), and a swappable plastic casing, that enables it to fit within the LEGO system.
Through a seamless digital interface, choose from a vast library of animations & images, and even add some more fun by recording sounds which could also be uploaded into the Smart+Brick. Let yours creations express themselves!
The Smart+Brick has been designed to be flexible and affordable.
By having a separate exterior casing, you won’t need dozens of Smart+Bricks with different colors to match your creations. You can just get the external piece in the colors that you like separately, and swap them based on your creative needs :)
