‘Stacking Pot‘ for DDAA (Daisuke Motogi Architecture & Design), Tokyo.

‘Stacking Pot’ is a project I developed during my internship at Daisuke Motogi Architechture & Design studio in Tokyo, Japan. The main concept was brought to me by Daisuke, which consisted on a family of stackable bowls that could be combined to create new ‘unnamed’ objects. I was given the task and responsibility to further research and define every aspect of it until it was ready for production.

‘Stacking Pot’ is composed of six bowls and a dish that combined formed three typical Japanese pots. I had to define shape, function, material and dimensions, all of which resulted in a final 3D presentation to be sent to the client, after which prototypes were made.
